Description
In this course you will learn how and when to begin the transition from breastmilk/formula to solid foods. And then when and how to transition from purees to finger foods.
You will develop allergy awareness and knowledge of signs to identify possible allergies while introducing new foods. In addition, you'll learn safety tips at the table and in the kitchen.
Upon completion of this course, you will have the ability to establish healthy and nutritious eating habits at a young age.
Lastly, we will provide proven to work products that will help on your baby's eating adventures!
