Description
The BBN&N Mindfulness course is designed to equip caregivers (parents, nannies, teachers) with a toolkit of useful methods for building an effective mindfulness lifestyle. We will introduce mindfulness, attachment, effects of stress, and how to teach mindfulness during various phases of a child’s growth and development. Mindfulness isn’t just about meditation it is a holistic approach to well-being that starts with cultivating a sense of self-awareness.​
